What is the ruling on al-qaza’? Is it makrooh?


Ans. All Perfect Praise be to Allah.


Qaza’ means shaving part of the head and leaving part of it.


Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in al-Sharh al-Mumti’ (1/167): Qaza’ means shaving part of the head and leaving part of it.

Firstly, it is not appropriate to answer a question with a question.

We oftentimes see Shia responding to questions with questions, as if the Ahlus Sunnah also being wrong somehow justifies the Shia to be wrong. If the Ahlus Sunnah said that 2+2 is not 6 as the Shia believe, would it be valid for the Shia to respond that 6 is correct since the Ahlus Sunnah say 2+2 is 5 and this too is incorrect? Both 5 and 6 are incorrect answers.


Why Is There No Blessing in the Knowledge of Partisans?


Shaykh Muqbil (رحمه الله) said:

"Beware, beware of getting close to the hizbiyyīn (partisans), indeed, their knowledge doesn't contain any blessings because they're not sincere."
